1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and jp9, an online betting platform operating under international licensing. These Terms govern your use of the jp9 website accessible at jp9.one and all services provided through it.

By registering an account, logging into an existing account, or simply accessing and browsing the jp9 website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the jp9 platform immediately.

jp9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members. Continued use of the platform after any changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the jp9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is fully prohibited by law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not currently be enrolled in a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion programme at any gambling platform.
• Register using personal information that is true, accurate, and current.

Each person is only allowed one active account at jp9. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, identity card number (MyKad), email address, mobile number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. jp9 reserves the right to conduct cross-checks to identify duplicate accounts and take appropriate action.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring their account information is kept up to date. Any changes to personal information must be reported to the jp9 customer support team via 24/7 live chat or our support email within a reasonable time.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

jp9 accepts a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Minimum deposit is RM20 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals below the minimum amount will not be processed.

Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the payment method and verification requirements. Any delay beyond this period should be reported to our customer support team.

• All deposits must be made from an account or wallet registered in the same member's name.
• jp9 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used at any time.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the jp9 finance team.
• Any attempt to process illicit funds through the jp9 platform will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• jp9 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however payment providers may apply their own charges.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

jp9 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements set and must be fully met before any withdrawal is permitted.

jp9 Welcome Bonus gives you a 120% bonus on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering requirement RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM4,100 → Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

Additional terms and conditions applicable to all jp9 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or exchanged directly for cash.
• jp9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of system abuse or fraud.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through deliberately low-risk betting strategies will result in the cancellation of the bonus.
• Limited-time promotions are subject to a set expiry date and cannot be claimed after that period.

5. Accepted User Conduct

All jp9 users are required to comply with a code of conduct that ensures a fair, safe, and respectful gaming environment for all parties. The following are strictly prohibited on the jp9 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to assist in betting or gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or deceive the platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about jp9 on any platform.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Taking any action intended to disrupt the technical operations of the jp9 platform.
• Using funds obtained illegally for deposits or betting activities.

jp9 actively monitors all activity on the platform. Any conduct that violates this policy will result in immediate action, which may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the violation.

6. VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

jp9 rewards member loyalty through a VIP programme consisting of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers higher weekly cashback based on your betting activity.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Members will be upgraded automatically upon reaching a higher level of betting activity. Cashback is credited to the member's account at the start of each week and is subject to a minimum usage requirement before withdrawal is permitted.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

jp9 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account temporarily or permanently for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide the required identity verification documentation.
• Opening of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of funds obtained from unlawful sources.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, jp9 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jp9 customer support via live chat or email.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

The jp9 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or suitability for a particular purpose. jp9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jp9's control.
• Betting losses incurred by members while using the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in maintaining password security.
• Financial decisions made based on information found on the jp9 platform.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

jp9's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

10. Amendment of Terms

jp9 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, except in situations where notification to members is required under applicable law. All amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the jp9 website.

It is each member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp9 is licensed to operate. jp9 operates under a valid international licence.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the jp9 platform complies with local laws where they are located. jp9 makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising from the use of the jp9 platform or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through a voluntary negotiation process. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by jp9's licensing authority.
